Pico de Gallo with Quinoa

Quinoa is a seed that can give us calories in the form of complex carbohydrates. It offers Omega 6, Omega 3, Complex B, high in fiber with potassium, magnesium, zinc, calcium, phosphorus and iron. However, it offers us vitamin E which has an antioxidant function. What better than eating something rich in vitamins and proteins with a delicious taste.

Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of quinoa red
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1/2 piece of onion finely chopped
  • 2 pieces of tomato Red
  • 1/2 bunch of coriander
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • to taste of Salt
  • 2 pieces of green lemon just the juice
  • to taste of green chile
  • to taste of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 piece of avocado

    Preparation

    Place a little vegetable oil in a pan or pot.
    Place the quinoa and water over high heat until boiling.
    Once it boils, lower to low heat and leave 15 min until the water evaporates.
    Move the quinoa several times.
    Chop the vegetables into small pieces (red tomatoes should be removed preferably seeds).
    Place the onion, cilantro, tomato, chili (if you use it) and quinoa in a bowl in a bowl.
    It integrates all the ingredients well.
    Add the salt to taste, the 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the juice of the two lemons.
    Let cool and ready.

    PRESENTATION

    In a small bowl with small pieces of avocado.
