Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cups cranberry
  • 1/4 cups flaxseed
  • peppermint, to decorate
  • cranberry , to decorate

Preparation

In a blender add the pineapple cranberry juice, cranberries, flaxseed and blend until integrated.
Decorate with mint and blueberries.

PRESENTATION

In a tall glass.

TIPS

You can substitute flaxseed for bran.
