Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 pita breads, toasts
  • 1 cup mushroom, cut in halves
  • 5 leaves chard, cut into strips
  • 1/2 onions, filleted
  • 1/2 cups soybean sprout
  • 1 cup quinoa, Cooked
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • hummus, to accompany, optional

Preparation

Heat olive oil, add garlic and onion.
Once the onion changes color, add the chard, mushrooms and soybeans, mix a couple of minutes.
Add the quinoa; Season with salt and pepper.
If you like you can put a little hummus on toasted pita bread and add the vegetable mixture with quinoa.
