Enjoy this delicious sandwich without carbohydrate guiltiness, we substitute the bread with a delicious portobello, stuffed with grilled chicken, accompanied by an exquisite and easy guacamole. It is ideal for a healthy meal.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 piece of avocado for the dressing
  • 1 piece of serrano pepper finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of onion finely chopped
  • 4 spoonfuls of tomato diced
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander finely chopped
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 8 pieces of Portobello mushroom
  • 1 piece of chicken breast (400 g) Cut into portions of 100 gr each
  • 1 Cup of spinach
  • 1 piece of beefsteak tomato cut into slices

    Preparation

    With the help of a fork, mash the avocado and add the serrano pepper, the onion, the tomato, the cilantro, season with lemon salt and pepper. Reservation.
    In a bowl, mix the olive oil with the garlic, and the oregano, with the help of a brush, varnishes the portobello mushrooms everywhere.
    Heat a grill over medium heat place the mushrooms and cook 2 minutes on each side.
    On the same grill, place the chicken, glaze with the rest of the olive oil with oregano and cook until cooked. Cut into strips.
    Spread a little guacamole on a portobello mushroom, add the grilled chicken, spinach, tomato and tapa with another portobello. Serve with roasted zucchini.
