Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 1/4 kilos potato, medium
  • 100 grams Gruyere cheese, grated
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 liters milk
  • oils

Preparation

Wash the potatoes and peel them. Slicing in slices. Sauté and fry in a frying pan for medium heat, giving a few turns but do not brown. They are placed in a refractory deep glass or oven resistant clay.
In a bowl beat the eggs, put almost all the cheese and milk little by little, put salt and check that it is well salt. This is poured over the potatoes moving a bit with a fork so that they are all soaked in the cream.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese and bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes until golden brown.
