Try this rich dish of potatoes with slices of green sauce that is delicious and perfect for a day when you want to consume less meat and more vegetables. What are you waiting to prepare it?

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 poblano peppers
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 3 green tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • 15 grams fresh coriander
  • 1 Cube chicken consommé
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash and disinfect the vegetables, peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Uncover poblano peppers and cut them into slices. File the onion. Reservation.
Roast the tomatoes with the serrano peppers. Once cooked, blend them with the cilantro, the garlic, the cube of chicken broth and a little water. Reservation.
In a saucepan with very hot oil sauté the potatoes, poblano pepper and onion. Empty the vegetables in the sauce. Cook until the elements are well integrated.
Season to taste and enjoy.
