Ingredients

11 portions
  • 5 oranges, just the juice
  • 1 grapefruit, just the juice
  • 1 tangerine
  • 3 guavas
  • 1 mango
  • 1 pear
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons oats

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients until it is a homogeneous mixture.

TIPS

In case of having cold or cough, squeeze part of all that 3 lemons and add 3 tablespoons of honey.
