Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/3 cups chia seed
  • 1 cup pumpkin seed
  • 1/2 cups sunflower seed
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons rosemary
  • 1/2 tablespoons thyme
  • 1/2 cups grated coconut

Preparation

Preheat oven to 140 ° C
In a bowl mix the chia, with the seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, salt, rosemary, thyme and grated coconut to form a paste.
In a mold with greased paper add the mixture and spread perfectly well with a thickness of 5 cm, cut the pasta into regular squares, bake 40 to 50 minutes.
Remove the mold from the oven and turn the pasta, bake for 35 minutes more lid with aluminum foil so that the seeds do not burn. Remove from the oven and cut.

No la hice aún pero con solo leer la receta me doy cuenta que es imposible que se forme una pasta si no hay nada que lo una. Tal vez miel, clara de huevo, o remojar la chia. Así es imposible. Estaría bueno que cuando se suba una receta no se omitan ingredientes o pasos.
