Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/4 of Cup of flaxseed milled, bleached
  • 2 pieces of carrot grated
  • 1 piece of peach cut into slices
  • 1/4 of Cup of apple juice
  • 1/4 of Cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Goji Berries dehydrated
  • 1 tablespoon of pistachio
  • 2 spoonfuls of dehydrated apple whole to mix and chopped to decorate
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower seed
  • 1 tablespoon of grated coconut

    Preparation

    Mix in a bowl ground flaxseed with carrot, peach, moisturize with apple juice and almond milk.
    Add the goji berries to mix, with the pistachios, dehydrated apple, sunflower seeds, incorporates perfectly well with the other ingredients.
    Serve in a bowl and decorate with dehydrated apple in cubes, sunflower seeds, grated coconut and goji.
