Beat the eggs and beat in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, giving it a very thin tortilla shape. It is cut into strips that are reserved.
In a separate pan brown onion, carrot and green beans cut into small pieces. Then add the rice, shrimp and garlic, cooking the mixture a couple of minutes more.
After that time the preparation is covered with hot water and left to cook until the water is reduced. Two minutes before extinguishing the fire, add the sliced surimi bars, the egg strips, the corn kernels, the butter and the salt. The combination is removed, mixing all the ingredients.
The preparation is removed from the fire and sprinkled with cinnamon. Cover the pan and let the mixture rest for ten minutes before serving.
