Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 cup spinach, washed and disinfected
  • 1 green apple, in pieces
  • 1 cup natural yogurt

Preparation

Add all the ingredients in the blender.
Blend until a homogeneous mixture remains.
Serve and enjoy.

TIPS

If you use a natural yoghurt without sugar you can sweeten it with 2 tablespoons of honey.
