Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup rice
  • 3 cups Water

Preparation

Wash the rice very well with water until it comes out transparent and the rice drains very well.
In a steamer, wrap the rice with a sky blanket.
Cook for 60 minutes or until you notice that the rice is already cooked.
