Preparation
Wash the strawberries well and remove the tail. Put them in the blender. Wash the apple very well and cut it into pieces, add it to the blender. (I have put it with the skin, but if you want you can peel).
Add sugar, cinnamon and liquefy 2 minutes, progressive speed 5-7-10.
Add milk and blend for 30 seconds more, speed 5. Serve immediately
