In a griddle, roast the chiles. Place them in a bag and let them rest for 15 minutes. Peel, clean, and cut into strips. Set aside. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Sauté the onion and garlic, add the strips and corn, and cook for a few minutes.
