We start by seasoning the chicken fillets with salt and pepper to cook them on a very hot griddle or non-stick pan, with a few drops of olive oil. Once they are well browned, we turn off the heat and set them aside. Make a cut on one of the edges of the bread and insert into it a couple of slices of tomato, a couple of leaves of lettuce (well washed), and a chicken breast fillet.
