Preparation
Put the chayotes to cook in salted water. Then cool them. Heat the oven to 350ºF.
Cut the chayotes in half lengthwise, empty them and reserve in a refractory. The chayote that we took out to chop it and put in a container.
In a saucepan heat oil and cook the onion, add poblano pepper, salt and pepper. Mix with the chayote and add cheese, cream, corn, salt and pepper.
With this mixture fill the chayotes, at the end sprinkle with the ground bread and a little parsley. Bake them lightly browned. Serve hot.
