Preparation
Wash the zucchini flowers. Preheat the oven to 160ºC.
In a bowl, prepare the filling: bread crumbs, grated Parmesan, parsley, two cherry tomatoes, an egg, salt, mozzarella and mix.
Fill the zucchini flowers.
Arrange on a tray with baking paper.
Bake for 15 minutes approx. Take out and eat hot.
