A very famous filling is with ricotta and cooked ham, this zucchini flower recipe will appeal to the kids and adults.

Ingredients

3 servings
  • 15 squash blossoms
  • parsley
  • Parmesan grated
  • mozzarellas
  • 1 Cup of ground bread
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • Salt

    Preparation

    Wash the zucchini flowers. Preheat the oven to 160ºC.
    In a bowl, prepare the filling: bread crumbs, grated Parmesan, parsley, two cherry tomatoes, an egg, salt, mozzarella and mix.
    Fill the zucchini flowers.
    Arrange on a tray with baking paper.
    Bake for 15 minutes approx. Take out and eat hot.

    TIPS

    I recommend a fruity white wine or a rosé.
