Delicious healthy and quick recipe to make. These fresh tomatoes stuffed with surimi salad will be the perfect recipe if you are looking for something light and easy to prepare. You will not be able to stop eating them, because the rich flavor of the tomato will be complemented by the creamy surimi salad that it contains.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 red tomatoes, large
  • 300 grams surimi, finely cut
  • 5 tablespoons light mayonnaise, to taste
  • egg yolk, cooked to decorate

Preparation

Wash the tomatoes. Cut a thin piece at the bottom for added stability.
Cut the lid on the other side and remove the filling from the tomato.
Finely chop the surimi and mix with mayonnaise to taste.
Pour some of the surimi over the tomatoes until they are full. Garnish with the egg yolk.

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle the cooked egg yolk over the tomatoes. You can accompany with a little salad.

TIPS

If you prefer, you can add a little finely chopped celery.
