This recipe for paleo tacos are Rib Eye light tacos, ideal for diet are a rich and nutritious food.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 600 grams of rib eye in steaks
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100 grams of poblano pepper
  • 50 grams of Portobello mushroom
  • 100 grams of bacon chopped
  • 100 grams of onion filleted
  • 25 grams of serrano pepper filleted
  • 400 grams of bean green
  • oregano
  • 15 grams of coriander
  • 100 grams of Cherry tomato
  • 200 grams of goat cheese (any fresh cheese)
  • 25 milliliters of balsamic vinegar
  • 100 milliliters of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 200 grams of lettuce (variety)
  • 50 grams of mushroom filleted

    Preparation

    Season the meat and reserve.
    For the filling: Sauté the mushroom, chile serrano, onion and bacon and season to taste. Let cool.
    Fill the steaks and wrap, you can fix with a toothpick.
    Seal the rolls in a pan with a little olive oil.
    Wrap the rolls in a sheet of lettuce each and reserve.
