We present a simple and delicious recipe, a rich toasted bread with Cherry Tomato marinated in Rosemary, Basil and Purple Onion. This easy recipe is inspired by the rich Italian cuisine.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 4 Bimbo® toasted bread
  • 300 grams cherry tomato
  • 15 grams fresh rosemary
  • 20 grams basil, cool
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 100 milliliters olive oil
  • 4 grams pepper, milled
  • 7 grams salt flower

Preparation

Chop the rosemary and add it to the olive oil. Let stand 20 minutes.
Cut the tomato in halves, add it to the olive oil and rosemary. Mix.
Cut the basil leaves. Cut the onion in fine quill.
Give a few strokes of rosemary oil to the toasted bread, on this arrange tomatoes, basil leaves and red onion.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a fruit juice.

TIPS

Assemble the preparation in the bread only once you serve it.
