Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 cups zucchini
  • 1/2 cups tomtato
  • 1/2 cups mushroom
  • 1/2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cups egg white, or 4 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, or olive oil

Preparation

Wash and disinfect vegetables.
Cut the vegetables into squares and sauté with coconut or olive oil.
Since the vegetables are ready in another pan with a little coconut or olive oil put the egg whites and let them cook.
Finally add the vegetables on the clear bed
You can accompany with green or red sauce.

PRESENTATION

Bathe with red or green sauce.

TIPS

You can add all the vegetables you want on the tortilla bed, you can add turkey breast.
