Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 2 cups soy, hydrated, drained and squeezed
  • 1 kilo tomtato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 onions
  • 500 grams potato, cooked and diced
  • 1 can Chili pepper, long
  • 1 jar olive
  • 1/4 liters olive oil
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • to taste almond, chopped
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Blend the tomatoes together with the clove of garlic and an onion.
In a saucepan, heat a little olive oil and season the garlic, onion, then potatoes, parsley, olives and long peppers; cook for 10 minutes.
Mix the tuna with all the ingredients, separately mix the remaining oil with the soy. Let stand for 10 minutes and add to the previous mix; cook for 5 minutes.
Finally, pour the liquefied and cook for 10 minutes, when moving be careful not to beat. Serves hot

PRESENTATION

Place 2 or 3 long chilies in the center of the dish, surround it with some olives and cut parsley.

TIPS

It is important to drain the soy very well so that it absorbs the flavors of the stew.
