  • 1 slice Turkey ham
  • 1 slice panela cheese
  • 2 leaves lettuce, washed and disinfected
  • 1 apple, washed, peeled and without heart
  • 1/4 bell peppers, washed and cut into strips
  • 1/4 tomatoes, washed and cut into cubes
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • olive oils, to taste

Preparation
