Try these delicious vegan hot cakes with intense banana flavor. They are fluffy and delicious and are accompanied with agave honey to give them a better contrast. Best of all, they are very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1 cup banana
  • 2 teaspoons chia seed, soaked in water
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup oat flour, (flour)
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cups agave honey
  • 1/2 cups coconut oil
  • 1/2 bananas, sliced ​​to decorate
  • 2 figs, cut in quarters
  • 3 tablespoons walnuts, to decorate
  • 3 tablespoons agave honey, To accompany
  • leaves peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl crush and mix the banana with the soaked chia, milk, oatmeal and wheat flour, cinnamon, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and agave honey. Reservation.
Heat a Teflon pan over medium heat and add a little coconut oil. Pour a little of the hot cake mixture into the center of the pan and cook for about 5 minutes. Turn and cook for five more minutes.
Decorate with banana, fig, mint, walnut and accompany with agave honey.

PRESENTATION

Serve 3 hot cakes in an extended dish and add banana and agave honey.

TIPS

You can use coconut milk or soy milk instead of almond milk.
