Preparation
In a bowl crush and mix the banana with the soaked chia, milk, oatmeal and wheat flour, cinnamon, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and agave honey. Reservation.
Heat a Teflon pan over medium heat and add a little coconut oil. Pour a little of the hot cake mixture into the center of the pan and cook for about 5 minutes. Turn and cook for five more minutes.
Decorate with banana, fig, mint, walnut and accompany with agave honey.
