Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 cups cashews
  • 1/2 cups almond
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice

Preparation

Soak the cashews and almonds overnight. Drain
Blend the almond with the cashews, salt, water and lemon juice until a very smooth mixture is obtained.
Serve cold and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bowl and decorate with dehydrated cashews.

TIPS

Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to your vegan cream for a special touch.
