  • 1 piece of potato cooked
  • 1/2 Cup of quinoa cooked
  • 2 cups of spinach in strips
  • 1/4 of Cup of oats
  • 1/4 of Cup of almond milk
  • 3 spoonfuls of ground bread
  • 1 teaspoonful of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic powdered
  • 1 teaspoonful of flakes of chili
  • 1 teaspoonful of nutmeg
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of black pepper
  • enough of panko bread crumbs
  • enough of coconut oil in spray

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Place the potato in a bowl and mash until it completely melts, add the quinoa, spinach, oats, almond milk, bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, chili flakes, Nutmeg, salt, pepper and mix until you have a homogeneous mixture.
    Form the croquettes with your hands and cover them with panko.
