Prepare healthy and rich vegetable soup with kale that carries carrot, pumpkin, cabbage, broccoli, tomato and quinoa. It is the perfect combination of flavors and is also very nutritious and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup kale, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 cups carrot, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups zucchini, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups cabbage, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cups broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cups tomtato, chopped seedless
  • 1/2 cups quinoa
  • 5 cups Water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper

Preparation

Heat a pot over medium heat the coconut oil, add the kale and cook for 2 minutes, add the carrot and cook for 3 more minutes, add the pumpkin, the cabbage, the broccoli and the tomato cook for 5 minutes mixing perfectly.
Add the quinoa and water, let it boil for 15 minutes until the vegetables are cooked and the quinoa. Season and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve in very hot bowl.

TIPS

You can add any vegetable that you like.

Dónde yo vivo no es fácil encontrar kale la verdad, estaría bueno que la receta dijera alternativas a algunos ingredientes

Hola! Estaría fabuloso que agregaran imagen de cada ingrediente, ya que, llaman de diferentes maneras una sola verdura o fruta. Y así podríamos darnos cuenta que eso que mencionan es algo que podemos encontrar fácilmente sólo que llamado por otro nombre. Gracias!
