Preparation
In a pan heat a little olive oil with the margarine and add the mushrooms.
Beat to release water, cover and cook over medium heat, move every 2 minutes to move the juice.
Brush the zucchini with the rest of the olive oil and cook them on the grill.
Place a sheet of cooked lasagna, then a layer of cooked mushrooms, another of zucchini and a slice of cheese.
Repeat the operation and finally place the slices of tomato.
Bake for 8 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius.
It is removed when the cheese is golden.
