Ingredients

2 portions
  • 500 grams watermelon, without peel and cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons table salt
  • 2 tablespoons Splenda, Granulated Sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon ground chile piquín, extra fine without salt
  • 1 liter Water, natural
  • 5 drops vegetal color additive, Red

Preparation

For fresh water: Blend watermelon, lemon juice, SPLENDA® Granulated, table salt, ¾ tablespoon chili pepper and water.
Strain the mixture and put it in bowl, reserve 1/3 of this.
Place the 2/3 of the remaining mixture in a jar and refrigerate.
For the ice: In the 1/3 of the mixture add 5 drops of red vegetable dye and stir perfectly.
Fill an ice mold with this mixture and sprinkle with piquin pepper.
The water is served in a glass with the ice.
