Ingredients: 200 grams almond flour; 100 milliliters water; 1 cup flaxseed, powdered; 100 grams corn masa flour; 2 eggs; salt; 1 tablespoon avocado oil; 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped; 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped; 400 grams ground beef; 1 cup tomato, mashed; 1/2 cups carrot, in small cubes; 1 cup pumpkin, in small cubes; 1/4 cups almonds; 2 cups serrano chile, in halves; salt; pepper; green salsa, for serving

Mix the almond flour with the flaxseed, egg, water, and salt in a bowl until a homogeneous dough forms. Divide the dough in two and reserve one part for the chips. Cover both doughs with plastic wrap. For the filling: Pour the avocado oil into a skillet and cook the onion, garlic, and meat for 5 minutes. Add the crushed tomato, carrot, and chilies, and cook for 5 more minutes. Add the zucchini, almonds, and season with salt and pepper. Mix and cook for 2 more minutes and set aside.
