Ingredients: 500 grams masa dough; 1 teaspoon lard; 1/2 teaspoons salt; water; 1 teaspoon vegetable oil; 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped; salt; 2 cups black beans, whole and cooked; epazote, only the leaves; cooking spray; sour cream, for decoration; green salsa; queso fresco, for decoration

Mix the corn dough, lard, and salt in a bowl, gradually adding water. Knead until it feels smooth and does not stick to the bowl. Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onion for 5 minutes or until it is slightly golden. Then add the beans and, using a masher, mash them and cook until they have no liquid left. Set aside.
