Ingredients: 2 cups broccoli, blanched and chopped into very small pieces; 1 cup carrot, finely grated; 1 cup potato, cooked and mashed; 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, finely grated; 1 egg; 1 pinch salt; 1 pinch pepper; 1 cup wheat flour; 2 eggs, batter, for breading; 1 cup corn flakes, ground, for breading; 1/2 cups canola oil; lime, for serving

In a bowl, mix the broccoli with the carrot, potato, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper. Shape the croquettes by hand and bread them by passing through flour, egg, and corn flakes.
