For the sauce, in a deep skillet, melt the butter and cook the garlic until it begins to shine. Pour in the beef juice, French’s® Worcestershire Sauce, honey, cornstarch diluted in water, and pepper, whisking until combined, and cook over medium-low heat for 8 minutes. Keep warm. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with the onion, garlic, red bell pepper, breadcrumbs, egg, paprika, oregano, parsley, and French’s® Worcestershire Sauce; season with salt and pepper; mix until you have a manageable mixture.
