For the dough: place the flour in a volcano shape on a flat surface, then add the dry yeast, salt, olive oil, and gradually pour in the warm water until well incorporated. Knead until you achieve a smooth and elastic consistency. Next, place the pizza dough in a previously greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size. When the pizza dough has doubled in volume, punch it down with your fist to release the air and roll it out on a floured surface to the size and shape of your Max Kalorik® tray. Fit the dough into the previously greased tray and place the sausages around the edge of the dough, then wrap from the outside in, as shown in the video, until all the sausage is covered.
