Mix the warm water, oil, and salt in a bowl until combined. Remember that the water should be warm to help activate the yeast more effectively. On a surface, form a volcano with the flour and gradually add the mixture of warm water and oil; start to integrate with your clean hands. Once you have incorporated all the liquid, add the yeast while continuing to mix. Knead for 12 minutes until you have an elastic mixture, form a ball with the dough and place it in a bowl previously greased with olive oil, also add a little oil on top of the dough to prevent it from drying out and cover with plastic wrap. Let it rest for 1 hour to ferment and allow the dough to double in size. Do this in a warm place, it can be near the oven or stove.
