Add the bacon to your Jade Cook® pan and let it brown for 4 minutes over medium heat, then add the onion and garlic for 2 minutes or until they change color. Add the chicken and sear on both sides for 5 minutes, then add the carrot and mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes.
