Mix Hunt's® Chipotle BBQ Sauce with orange juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Peel the carrot and finely chop it, marinate it with a little of the Hunt's® Chipotle BBQ Sauce. Chop the onion, bell pepper, and zucchini and marinate them in another bowl with another portion of the sauce. Cut the chicken into small cubes and marinate it with the remaining sauce. Let everything rest for 20 minutes.
