Cut the bacon into strips widthwise, fry it in the pressure cooker; once fried, add the tomato, garlic, onion, and the orange juice previously blended in the blender, let it season. Cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the pot with the dried chipotle peppers, add salt to taste. Cover the pressure cooker and let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
