Mix the warm water, oil, and salt in a bowl until combined. Remember that the water should be warm to help activate the yeast more effectively. Form a volcano with the flour on a surface or in a bowl, gradually add the warm water and oil mixture, and begin to incorporate using your clean hands. Once you have incorporated all the liquid, add the yeast while continuing to mix. Then, knead for 10 minutes or until you achieve an elastic mixture, then shape the dough into a ball and place it in a bowl previously greased with olive oil. Also, place a bit of oil on the dough to prevent it from drying out and cover with plastic wrap. Let it rest for 1 hour to ferment and allow the dough to double in size; do this in a warm place, such as near the oven or stove.
