Beat the flour, oil, sugar, salt, and water at medium speed until well combined. Knead on a flat surface for 10 minutes or until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough on a flat surface. Let it rest for 20 minutes before cutting. Use a 15 cm diameter lid to cut the dough. Fill with cheese and chorizo, close the empanada, and press to prevent the filling from spilling out. Form several empanadas and set aside. Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat and fry each empanada for 5 minutes. Place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Serve the choriqueso empanadas with macha sauce and Sidral Mundet® Strawberry-Kiwi flavor.
