Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups Kellogg’S® granola ancestral grains; amaranth, flaxseed and blueberry; 2 potatoes, washed; 1 1/2 cups canned tuna in water, drained; 1/4 cups onion; 2 tablespoons garlic; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon pepper; 3 tablespoons parsley, washed and disinfected; 1/4 cups breadcrumbs; 2 eggs; 1 cup flour; 1 cup vegetable oil

Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium cubes. Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain the potatoes and mash them with a fork. You can use a food processor for this step. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and parsley, and add them to the potatoes. Add the drained tuna, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and 1 egg. Mix everything until you have a homogeneous mixture.
