In a bowl, mix the Tres Estrellas® Rice Flour, egg, and beer with a whisk until you achieve a smooth consistency, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside. Coat the fish fillet in flour and then in the rice flour mixture; repeat the process until all fillets are done. Cook the fish over medium heat for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove excess fat with paper towels.
