Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil, and place the flank steaks. Season with salt and pepper once you place them in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes; flip the meat and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for a few more minutes. Cut the flank steak and mix with the cheese. Heat for a few minutes in a skillet over medium heat. Set aside.
