For the filling, sauté the onion, leek, and chili, add the potatoes, ground meat, and cook for 10 minutes, add the parsley, season with salt and pepper. Let cool and set aside. On a surface, roll out the dough, cut circles of 10 cm in diameter, and fill with meat. Place on a baking sheet, brush with egg, and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C. Serve accompanied by pickled chilies.
