Ingredients: 3 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1/2 cups white onion, finely chopped; 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped; 1 cup carrot, without skin, in medium cubes; 1 cup tomato, seedless, diced; 2 1/2 cups ground beef, beef; 1 1/2 cups gala apple, in cubes; 1 teaspoon nutmeg, ground; 1 teaspoon thyme, ground; 1 teaspoon cumin, ground; 1 teaspoon oregano; 1/4 cups cranberries; 1/4 cups pecans, chopped; 1/4 cups almonds, chopped; salt; pepper; 1/4 cups Domino® raw sugar; 1/2 cups red wine; 500 grams puff pastry; wheat flour, for rolling out; 1 egg, for brushing; cranberries, for decoration; fresh oregano, for decoration; fresh thyme, on branches, for decoration

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil and cook the onion with the garlic until they turn translucent. Add the carrot and tomato, mix to incorporate. Integrate the ground meat and the apple; once the meat begins to darken, add the nutmeg, ground thyme, ground clove, oregano, cranberries, pecans, and almonds, mix and season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the Domino® Mascabado Sugar and the red wine, and let cook for 10 more minutes over low heat. Remove from heat and let cool. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
