For the arepas: Pour the warm water with the salt and mix to dissolve. Then, gradually add the P.A.N.® Pre-cooked White Corn Flour, mixing for 2 minutes until a smooth dough is obtained, and let it rest for 5 minutes. Divide the dough into 8 to 10 equal portions, form balls of dough, and flatten with the palms of your hands until forming discs of 10 to 12 cm.
