Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1 cup onion, finely chopped; 2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped; 1 cup tomato, in small cubes; 500 grams Proan® pork fillet, finely chopped; 500 grams Proan® pork chop, finely chopped; salt; pepper; 1 teaspoon ground cumin; 3 San Juan® eggs; 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated; 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated; 1/2 cups American cheese, grated; 1 cup whipping cream; 1/4 cups milk; salt; pepper; flour, to roll out the dough; 500 grams puff pastry; parsley, finely chopped, for garnish

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the onion, garlic, and tomato for 2 minutes. Then, add the chopped Proan® pork loin and Proan® picanha, season with salt, pepper, and cumin; cook for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside. Add the San Juan® egg, Parmesan cheese, Manchego cheese, American cheese, heavy cream, milk, salt, and pepper to a bowl; mix until combined. Incorporate the filling of chopped Proan® pork loin and Proan® picanha, then mix until integrated. Set aside.
