Pour the milk into a bowl and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and add the breaded steak using tongs, then coat in flour, covering both sides completely, then dip in the egg and breadcrumbs. Repeat the same process until all the beef steaks are done. Set aside. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the breaded steaks until they turn brown, remove from heat and drain excess grease. Then, cut the beef steaks into strips. Set aside.
