Cook the nopales in a pot with enough boiling salted water and vinegar for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool. In a bowl, mix the nopales, red onion, tomato, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, and salt. Set aside. Take a bolillo, fill it with the nopales salad, panela cheese, chicharrón, and red sauce. Enjoy this torta filled with chicharrón and pair it with your favorite drink.
