Blend the achiote, McCormick® onion powder, allspice, garlic, McCormick® oregano, orange juice, cloves, and cinnamon stick until you achieve a smooth consistency. Place the banana leaves on a tray, put the meat on top, and pour the marinade over it. Bake the cochinita pibil at 180 °C for 2 hours.
